Meet Grandmaw. Shes not a ghoul but she does hang around close to them, and for the large part, they tend to ignore her. Perhaps her rotting stench makes them consider her one of them, as she follows their herd, collecting any leftovers to feed the great maw in her stomach. It's kind of sweet, really. Ghoul herds tend to attract a whole caravan of "tag alongs".
