Auch Hochzeitslader. A municipal servant was a full-time or part-time employee of a town or municipality whose job was the oral dissemination of official notices and other matters in a locality. As the community servants often carried a bell to draw attention to themselves, in some areas they were also called Ausscheller. Height approx. 9 cm.
