The M4 Sherman was a US medium tank used in World War II and the Korean War. The vehicle - the most widely built US tank of World War II - was named after General of the Army William T. Sherman (1820-1891). M4A4 - with a 30-cylinder "multibank" in-line radial engine from Chrysler.
