Volume 2 of "The Modeling Companion" series. How to paint German gear in acrylics explained in clear and simple steps with photographs, colour charts and interesting tips. From the perspective of military miniatures, the visual treatment of military equipment is not always optimal, which leads to results that fall short of being fully satisfactory, despite their constant presence in individual figures or in groups or dioramas. This handbook has been designed, therefore, with the aim of placing at the disposal of historical miniature painters a catalogue of easily acquired techniques offered by Carlos Royo, Man Jin Kim and Calvin Tan, three renowned artists to whom we are deeply grateful for their splendid contribution.
Table of Contents: 1. The painters; 2. Green helmet, worn; 3. Worn white camouflage helmet; 4. Black ankle boots with gaiters; 5. Felt boots; 6. Belt and harness; 7. Gas mask canister; 8. Canteen and cup; 9. Bread bag; 10. Cooking pot; 11. Binoculars; 12. Entrenching tool; 13. Karabiner 98K.
