F-86F is F-86E with improved wings, 1959 were built. In Japan, 300 F-86Fs were built by several manufacturers under the direction of Mitsubishi. The F-86F-35 sub-variant could carry a 1200 lb Mk. 12 tactical nuclear free-fall bomb on the left inner suspension. 264 examples of the F-86F-35 were produced and were used by the USAF almost exclusively in Europe from January 1954.
