The story of the deployment of the British 5th Fighter Group on the aircraft carrier H.M.S. "Indomitable" in the Pacific theatre of war from April 1944 to August 1945. The pilots of this fighter group, drawn from various Commonwealth countries as well as the Netherlands, flew American "Hellcat" fighter aircraft.
