Volume 38 of the series "Africa @ War". Formed in 1973, the Rhodesian Army's Selous Scouts were among the world's best counter-insurgency units in their time. They successfully utilised pseudo-guerrilla tactics, undertook brilliant reconnaissance missions into Zambia and Botswana and repeatedly penetrated deep into Mozambique.
Hated and feared by the liberation movements ZIPRA and ZANLA, the "Sealous Scouts" were responsible for about 68% of enemy casualties during the bush wars in Rhodesia in the 1970s.
