112 Uniform depictions of Austro-Hungarian soldiers around 1762 (Friderician period). Facsimile of an illuminated manuscript from 1762, which was apparently produced for Maria Theresa's son-in-law, Duke Albert of Saxe-Teschen. It depicts the imperial-royal army in the last campaign year of the Seven Years' War in 112 colour figures.

On the basis of this picture collection, which has been completely facsimiled here, the editor builds up a small army history of the then still very extensive Habsburg state and gives the troop-historical and regimental-historical data of the time for each figure. Information on the successor regiments through to the preservation of traditions in the Austrian army of the First Republic complete the picture of a centuries-long tradition.
