This volume traces the journey of French fighter pilot Jacques-Henri Schloesing in World War 2. Schloesing first served in the ranks of the Royal Air Force after France's surrender in June 1940, and shortly afterwards took over a fighter unit as part of the forces of Free France. His journey through World War II and his exploits as an air force officer are detailed here.
