In April 1945, the Imperial Japanese Navy launched Operation Ten-Go to counter the Allied forces that had landed on Okinawa. On April 6, the 2nd Torpedo Squadronwith the battleship *Yamato* serving as its flagshipsortied toward Okinawa. The Battle off Cape Bono subsequently erupted between the Japanese vessels and aircraft of the U.S. Navy, which attempted to intercept them from aircraft carriers. This issue recreates the ships involved in this battle using 3D-printed partsa medium that has seen increasingly widespread use in recent years. Furthermore, the 31st Squadronwhich escorted the *Yamato* as far as the mouth of the Bungo Straitis featured, as is the Oshima Transport Unit, which rendezvoused and subsequently dispersed in the waters southwest of Kyushu. Additionally, the issue includes a review of a remarkable new release from Yamashita Hobby: the destroyer *Fuyutsuki*.
