Description
This issue of "Panzerwrecks" again features dozens of German and Allied tank wrecks and captured vehicles in historical b/w photos. This time, for the second time, the focus is on the Italian theatre of war. Besides a recaptured "Sherman" tank of the American 760th Panzer Battalion and a German Sturmgeschütz IV with "concrete armour", there are rare photos of the Panzerjäger "Elefant" and unusual field modifications of a Sd.Kfz. 10/4 with 2-cm Scotto flak. Furthermore, the use of T-34 tanks in Italy is reported and various Italian armoured vehicles are shown.
