The epoxy putty with a thousand uses in modelling D.I.Y and industry.
For plastic model not suitable, if necessary, use Product: Plastic Putty 359/BD44.

Drying time 2-3 hours, overnight it becomes bone-hard, 113 grams per pack.

Processing instructions

Take two equal parts of each stick and knead them for at least 5 minutes until you get a uniform mass without stripes. Then knead some more.
The surface on which the filler is applied must be absolutely free of grease and clean.
Smooth surfaces should be cleaned with appropriate solvent or soap and warm
water to remove any dirt residue. Sanding the substrate allows for better adhesion of the filler. This can now be applied and will cure without shrinking in three to four hours.

Milliput reacts to water at all stages of application, from initial mixing to application.
To make corrections and avoid unwanted unevenness, they should moisten their hands and tools. If necessary, work with Milliput can also be carried out under a fine water jet. To achieve the desired surface, apply the putty and smooth it immediately with a damp finger or press on the desired texture, e.g. with a damp cloth.
If you use tools to work with Milliput, clean them immediately after use with a damp cloth. If Milliput hardens on a tool, it is almost impossible to remove it.
Like other chemicals, Milliput can cause skin irritation. Therefore, wear rubber or disposable gloves when mixing the compound. Rubber gloves are best washed under running water immediately after use, as if you were washing your hands. If you are working without gloves, wash your hands with soap and water immediately after use.

Storage
Milliput should be stored in a cool place. Although we give a shelf life of about two years for Milliput, we know from some customers that they use it for much longer. (In fact, we have heard from one customer that he has managed to refresh Milliput after ten years by heating it in the microwave. A
method we do not recommend, however.)
We recommend keeping Milliput in a cool, dry place and resealing the protective cover tightly after use.

As practically both components are the same colour, it is very important to knead the mixture well for at
five minutes at least, although no visible change takes place.

If you are using Milliput for the first time....
If you have not worked with Milliput before, we recommend that you first familiarise yourself with the material and its texture before tackling a repair. Take about a quarter of both components and knead them for at least five minutes. Then form a small ball and press it flat, about the size of a coin.
Now watch how Milliput behaves over the next two to three hours. At the beginning, right after mixing, the mass is tough and sticky. After about an hour, Milliput becomes rubbery and less sticky. After about three to four hours, the mass becomes completely hard and no longer sticks. Overnight, Milliput hardens as hard as a rock.

Spray Primer (white) 14,95 €

The white spray is ideal for priming figures and models. After drying, the miniatures can be painted with acrylic or oil paints.
Instructions for use:
Before priming, deburr the figure and check for accuracy of fit, sand the surface, clean and degrease with a washing-up liquid, allow to dry. Use only in a dust-free and well-ventilated environment.

Shake well before use (approx. two minutes). The mixing ball must be clearly audible. Spray on a sheet of paper first to test. Shake from time to time during use.

Position the model so that it can be sprayed from all sides without touching it and turned if necessary.

Spray at a distance of approx. 20-30 cm. Apply paint evenly.

Several thin coats are better than one thick coat, as this can cause details to stick together. Wait until each coat is thoroughly dry, but not longer than 30 minutes.

The primer is dry to the touch after 10-15 minutes. The drying time is at least 48 hours. The model can now be painted.

Finally, to clean the spray valve, spray out the can with the spray head facing downwards. If the spray head is blocked, remove it and clean it with universal thinner. When putting on the spray head, make sure that the spray opening faces away from the body, as paint may escape.

Tamiya X and XF acrylic paints are made from water-soluble acrylic resins and are ideal for painting with a brush or for application with an airbrush.
These paints can be used on styrene resins, styrofoam, wood and all common model plastics. For better adhesion, we recommend priming the respective material beforehand (Tamiya Primer e.g. 358/87044 Primer White). The paint covers well, flows smoothly and is easy to mix. Before curing, the paint can be washed away with normal water.

- Colours marked "X" have a glossy finish, while those marked "XF" are matt.

- For airbrush application (0.25 - 0.50 mm depending on the nozzle used), the X-/XF colours should be thinned with Tamiya X-20A Acrylic Thinner (358/X20A, 358/X20B or 358/X20C).

- The X-/XF colours can also be thinned with Tamiya Lacquer Thinner (358/87077). This allows for faster drying and a harder surface finish.

- Adding Tamiya Paint Retarder (358/87114) will give you a smoother finish after drying (max. mixing ratio 1:10).

We recommend using the thinner to preserve the properties of the paint, applying thin layers without clogging in the airbrush. The paints are perfectly applied with a pressure of 18 PSI but it is possible to airbrush under other pressure levels too.
