The Macchi MC 200, designed by the famous engineer Mario Castoldi, represented a significant development in the production of Italian fighter aircraft. In comparison to the Fiat CR.32 and Fiat CR.42 biplanes, which still formed the backbone of the Italian fighter units at the beginning of the Second World War, the Macchi MC 200 - together with the Fiat G.50 of the same time - was characterised by a monoplane configuration and an all-metal structure. The 14-cylinder twin-star Fiat A.74 RC.38 engine could develop an output of 840 hp and enabled the Macchi MC 200 to reach a top speed of 500 km/h. Compared to the corresponding Allied fighters, however, the Macchi MC 200 was relatively underpowered and, above all, inadequately armed. The armament consisted of just two 12.7 mm Breda SAFAT machine guns mounted above the characteristic humped engine cowling. In the final versions, two additional 7.7 mm Breda SAFAT machine guns were installed in the wings. The Macchi MC 200 was used by the Regia Aeronautica on the most important fronts of the Second World War: in Africa, the Mediterranean, the Balkans and Russia.

The Type 41 "Royale" is considered one of the most prestigious and luxurious vehicles in the automotive world. It was handcrafted by car manufacturer Bugatti from 1929 to 1933 in just six examples. In addition to its imposing and "monumental" dimensions, it was equipped with one of the largest car engines of all time with a displacement of over 12,000 cm3. Ettore Bugatti's idea was to build a car so prestigious that it would only be sold to a very small circle of potential customers, including the ruling houses of the time. The six "Type 41s" produced had the same chassis and the same engine, but differed in terms of body design. Of the six "Royale" cars produced, the Coupé Napoléon was probably the most beautiful in terms of the chassis. It was characterised by an elegant, two-tone body in black and blue and an elegant velour interior. It was Ettore Bugatti's private car for many years and is considered an icon of automobile production worldwide.

The CANT Z.1007 Alcione medium bomber, designed by Filippo Zappata, entered service in the late 1930s and was extensively used by the Regia Aeronautica during the Second World War. Characterized by a wooden structure, it featured the typical Italian three-engine configuration. More specifically, its three 1,000 hp Piaggio P.XI radial engines allowed the CANT Z.1007 to reach a maximum speed of 450 km/h. The aircraft could carry 1,200 kg of offensive payload housed in an internal bomb bay. The crew typically consisted of five men, which could increase to six with the addition of a photographic operator for reconnaissance and maritime patrol missions. It was mainly employed in the Mediterranean, Balkan, and North African theaters of operation and is often considered the best medium bomber of the Regia Aeronautica.

The heavy armored car Sd. Kfz. 232 (Schwere Panzerspähwagen 232) was deployed by Wehrmacht units in the mid-thirties. The effective management of reconnaissance and radio communications between units was an essential feature of rapidly moving military operations known as "blitzkrieg". The armored car Sd.Kfz. 232 was a key component in meeting this need. The mobility of the six-wheeled vehicle, both on and off-road, was complemented by enhanced radio communications equipment which was equally effective over both short and long range. The armored car was fitted with a voluminous antenna frame which was then later replaced with a vertical antenna that ensured effective battlefield communications between commanders and troops. The turret armament provided sufficient firepower for both vehicle defense and on advanced reconnaissance missions.
