Three miniatures for your Feudal Japan wargaming, armed with katanas.
Wheras Onna-bugeisha are trained for defence, the Onna-musha are trained for attack. These are particularly seasoned warriors who make the bravest of men tremble before they're even in combat. Their combination of elaborate helmets, hairpieces and masks make them quite a sight to behold, but they are not just decorative, which becomes evident very, very quickly.
Onna-musha (???) was a female warrior in pre-modern Japan. These women engaged in battle alongside samurai men mainly in times of need. They were members of the bushi (samurai) class in feudal Japan and were trained in the use of weapons to protect their household, family, and honour in times of war.
Supplied unpainted cast in high quality metal. Single piece, 28mm scale.
