As long as catalogue owners or purchasers do not express themselves to the contrary, they assure that they acquire the figures with depictions of events and personalities from the period 1933-1945 only for purposes of civic education, defence against unconstitutional and anti-constitutional endeavours, scientific and cultural-historical research or reporting on the events of the time.
