The Swiss airline is celebrating the arrival of its first Airbus A350 with an elaborate and lovingly detailed special livery. The many individual motifs tell stories from all corners of the country, with themes ranging from nature, culture and sport to Switzerland?s rich and long history. Among other things, the livery features major cities such as Zurich, Bern, Basel, Geneva, Lucerne, Montreux, Locarno, St Moritz and Wengen. Further illustrations, such as the marmot, Helvetia and William Tell?s pierced apple, complete the work of artist Frederic Siegel and inspire a desire to experience ? or, better still, to explore on foot ? the diversity of Switzerland.
