To mark the 25th anniversary of its aid organisation, Lufthansa Group has given an Airbus A321neo a special livery: The A321neo with the registration D-AIEP bears 297 colourful handprints, symbolising donations from supporters. It will be used in the continental route network and symbolises the Help Alliance's commitment to supporting disadvantaged children and young people worldwide. The special livery complements an Edelweiss Airbus A320 (also already released as a SnapFit model), which has been promoting the aid work since 2022. The donations are used to support education and development projects that open up new prospects for young people. The model will also be released in 1:500 scale and as a highly detailed finished model in 1:200 scale.
