Military historical noteworthy is the use of new weapon systems by the infantry. The ignition of the charge by a percussion cap was a great step towards safe and easy handling. Whereas the predecessor models were still very susceptible to wind and moisture, the percussion cap was largely immune to the effects of the weather and ensured that the powder was predominantly ignited safely. Painted as 2nd Silesian Infantry Regiment.
