T-80 was developed in summer - autumn 1942 on the basis of the T-70. Double turret, large elevation angle of the gun for firing at upper floors in urban battles, increased power of the propulsion system. The main armament of the T-80 was a rifled semi-automatic 45 mm tank gun revision 1938. Only about 80 of them were produced.
