Old Ebenezer Scrooge is a hard-hearted miser, the likes of which you will hardly find anywhere else in venerable London. He regularly threatens to fire his underpaid employee Bob Cratchit. Later, Scrooge notices Cratchit's youngest son, Tiny Tim, who is very weak and needs a crutch.
