With currently 45 A220-100s and 25 stretched-body A220-300s, Delta Air Lines is the world's largest operator of the state-of-the-art Airbus narrow-body aircraft, featuring spacious cabins, larger windows, and increased fuel efficiency. No fewer than 75 additional A220-300s are expected to join the fleet by 2028. The A220 is currently used almost exclusively on domestic routes within the United States.
