The most common aircraft in the low-cost leisure airline's 37-aircraft fleet, which consists exclusively of Airbus aircraft, is currently the Airbus A319. As several aircraft are slowly reaching retirement age, parent company Air Canada has decided to transfer its 737 Max 8s to its subsidiary. All A319s, A320s, and A321s are to be replaced by 2028, making the 737 Max 8 the sole aircraft type operated by Air Canada Rouge.
