Description
Third volume of a detailed chronicle of British Royal Air Force operations over northwest Europe in 1941. The first two volumes covered the period from 1 January to 22 June 1941. This third volume of the complete work continues the story until 31 August. For each individual day, the reader will find a brief overview of the main operations that took place on the RAF side, as well as detailed lists of losses on the RAF and German Luftwaffe sides, with information on unit affiliation, aircraft type, reason for loss and fate of the crew (including the name of the pilot).
