Description
This is another part of a comprehensive series of publications on the operations of the German night fighter force and ground-based air defence. The complete work lists a large part of the victories achieved by the German night fighter and anti-aircraft units in World War II, together with their most important data (place and time of firing, background, persons and machines involved). No less than 6000 air victories by night fighters and 2100 firings by flak, against the British bomber command alone, are listed in the complete work planned for 12-15 volumes. This is the third part of the volumes dealing with the early years of German night fighters and air defence in the Reich. The second part covers the period from 13 July 1941 to 29 May 1942.
