Pricing and Delivery
Availability and prices are subject to change, in particular those relating to fixed-price literature. Billing is based on the prices effective on the day of delivery, which may vary from the prices effective on the day the order was placed (e.g. from a previous catalogue). We regret that articles out of stock cannot be delivered.
Minimum order value
Unfortunately we cannot accept orders for delivery below the value of 25.-- EUR. Delivery abroad cannot be made for an order below this value.

New customers can pay in advance or by credit card. Established customers will receive the goods in the usual manner. Invoices are to be paid in full within 14 days or by the date stated on each invoice at the very latest.
Postage rates abroad
Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria: 8.99 EUR
Great Britain, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Spain (main land), Switzerland: 12.99 EUR
Other countries according to distance and weight.
Refund Policy
All goods can be returned to us within 4 weeks of delivery for any reason.

Please ensure that sufficient postage has been attached.
The sales contract comes into effect after this period. If the customer has already paid for the goods, the value of the goods will be fully refunded. Please note that according to law, we cannot accept any returned audio, video or software products for refund which has been opened. Similarly, specially customized goods are excluded from our refund policy. Should you have any reason for complaint, please contact us.
Expertise
We offer expertise (e.g. market value evaluation) concerning tin and pewter figures of any kind.
Minimum cost per expertise is 50,-- EUR (42,-- EUR after tax).
Elaborate expertise is calculated by effort (man hour 83,30 EUR - 70,-- EUR after tax).
Plus incurring travel expenses.
Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until they have been fully paid. Place of jurisdiction for delivery and payment is Berlin-Charlottenburg/Wilmersdorf.
Privacy Policy
Customers information will be stored on our computers and used internally with due care. We will not impart any information to third parties.
